Core capabilities:
- Catalog movies, books, music, TV shows, games, apps, Nintendo DS games, and private collections.
- Retrieve metadata from 35+ online sources including TMDB, IMDB, AlloCiné, Google Books, OpenLibrary, GoodReads, Discogs, Deezer, Spotify, MusicBrainz, TheGamesDB, Amazon and more.
- Scan ISBN, EAN and UPC barcodes with a webcam.
- Import from XML, CSV, GCStar, BibTeX, DataCrow, DVD Profiler, Filmotech, Kodi NFO and Collectorz, depending on collection type.
- Export to HTML, PDF, XML and CSV.
- Manage loans, wishlists, duplicate detection, custom metadata, custom media types and multiple views.
- Support Kindle workflows, including EPUB to MOBI conversion, and media player cover generation for Dune, Kodi, Tvix, Mede8er and related devices.
- Store catalog data locally, with backup and cleanup tools.

Free vs Pro:
- Free edition: up to 100 items per category.
- Pro edition: unlimited items, Bing image search, and future mobile sync.
- Mobile sync is planned future functionality and should not be described as available today.
